Need some help guidance, went to watch Sky sports on NOW tv last night and was unable to access channels, when I went into my now account the sports part of package was gone leaving entertainment and the movies untouched, on my BT/EE bill the big sports package was still there and I could access TNT channels via discovery ok.
I spent a few hours last night trying to find someone on BT to sort this out but no one seemed to know what to do
