Need an remote refresh as order stuck

Hi

Followed another post thst had same issue as me, no Now tv channels in the tv guide. It was sorted by a remote refresh as there was an order stuck in background. This is me as when I login to my BT it says they need to finish my order. My order was completed yesterday. Plus can take up the Britbox offer for same reason.

Anyone help please?

have you tried phoning CS 150 as they should be able to help you
