Netflix on TV Box Pro

Hi there, I have an existing Netflix account which I can log into fine on my phone (using WIFI). However I’m just setting up my new TV Box Pro and when I try to go on the Netflix app to link to my pre-existing account I get error code “tvq-aui-4”, any ideas how I might fix this please? All other apps on the TV Box I can log into. On set up I opted to set up on Internet mode. Thanks so much

tvq-aui-4 is a Netflix error code, listed on their help pages Here 

This error happens when a network issue stops your device from reaching Netflix.
