@David_H  thanks the info. Responded to your PM.

Still no update on my bt TV Pro after a soft and hard reset. 

Test group changed after a hard reset. 

Latest software I have is 0.8.212.

And I have tried numerous times pressing on update software and apps to try and push it through. 

Power mode is on SMART mode. 

Channels are coming through on IP mode.

Hi @Bluemoon1 sounds like you are using the Maint Mode reset option on an earlier version of the hardware (date of manufacture is around October 2020) with a different button mechanism. The most reliable way is to hold the FMR button, then plug in power, then press power button, and continue holding both until the splash screen appears which does take a bit of patience but does let you keep recordings if that's desired. If recordings aren't an issue, can you factory reset using the Settings menu?

I've also spoken to Youview this morning and confirmed you were in their User Research trials group so the update won't be available until we can get the box out of that group.

@David_H   That's exactly what I was doing.  

However the box started up this morning from standby without a IPC6032 message so I will see what happens over the next week.  If you can get the box out of trialists mode that would be great and maybe solve some issues.

Hi @Bluemoon1 IPC6023 won't be build specific, that's always due to an issue where the TV box is missing packets from the external network or where they are being dropped in-home between the hub and TV Box (e.g. if power line adapters / Wi-Fi extenders are subject to electrical noise or interference) and can impact any or all IP channels.

I'll touch base with you on a PM to see what options we can follow up to get to a root cause there.

Only a small difference, but since yesterday I've noticed my recorded programmes playback screen has a blue theme and different settings. Is this preparing for a major update?
