Setting up a new pro TV box in internet mode
After going through the setup wizard the only channels I see are BT Sport and AMC
Tried to do a factory reset and start again but was the same
Any suggestions?
Have you unplugged the TV aerial?
Never had a TV arial plugged in (dont have TV Arial)
Do you have an entertainment package or just BT Sport as it's possible that you might need an entertainment pass as part of the subscription
Dont have BT Sport, only have entertainment
If i try to view any of the sport channels it tells me I need to add package
Does it make difference that my Broadband is also new and activated today?
I did try to phone but after waiting 75 mins the call disconnected.
Ahh ok. If you're order complete/activation date is today, it can take up to midnight for the order to be fulfilled. It might be that all the automated processes haven't been completed yet. Check it again tomorrow

I believe that today is one of the dates where CWU members are on strike which will impact some of the BT services including I imagine their telephone support.
The exact same thing happened to me - a quick re-start of the TV Pro box sorted it, so that's worth a try.
