No connection to my BT TV

Again I’m having problems with my TV! No channels are working and coming up the code: BTP-15001 & IPC6007. Only been with BT over a month and I hope this isn’t going to happen every month!! All my apps are working and when I click into my BT player, it says there’s a problem (BTP-115c) … I’ve turned my hub off & on and my BT box off & on but still same problem! Please help
