My mother recently switched to BT and got the now tv bundle included, it was already signed in and gave us a username but no password, we were hoping there would be links in an email from Bt or Now tv but we don’t as when we signed up to BT over the phone they signed us up with the wrong email, we have since called BT to ask what we do about changing our account to the right email and what we should do about the Now TV password set up, they told us to sign out and go to the forgot password section of Now TV and now we cant even sign back in on our BT box, if there are links to setup Now TV how do we get them since we didn’t receive them at first as BT got our email wrong?
