Re: TV pixelation.
Hi. I've had pixelation since install October 23. Didn't lift fault until March 24. Had all equipment replaced. Hard wired. Numerous engineers. Numbers text updates. Still no cure. If been involved with networks before retiring and I can tell you if we had any fault like this for so long I would have been sacked. No offer of compensation until fault resolved, however they still take full monthly payments. I'm a patient man, but I'm having it tested. Called to ask for update on my complaint. I was told I'm programmed in for a call back in 32 days!!!
The TMC, who owns my fault, in my opinion need to provide a detailed analysis of the fault. I am not the only one! The TMC can see the fault in the network, so why can't they narrow it down given all the tools available? Are they hoping I'm going to go away! Let's see what ofcom have to say.
It's beyond a joke now

Re: TV pixelation.
Hi @Sticktoitgolf I have moved your post to its own thread as the original thread was marked solved which clearly is not the case with your issue. Can i just ask whether your EETV service is on EE Broadband or BT Broadband ?

Re: TV pixelation.
Hi there @Sticktoitgolf, welcome to the BT Community Forums.
I really appreciate your frustration if this fault has gone unresolved for such a long period; TMC are our highest level of technical escalation so I expect they'll be doing all they can to help find a resolution for you.
What was the last update you had here bar getting a call in 32 days, and what was the last thing they tried with you?

Re: TV pixelation.
They have changed all connections and router/set top box. Told to try watching TV through a app (now TV) as it doesn't happen then, but not what I signed up for.
Some local work has been under taken in past 11 months, no change. Still cannot understand how it hasn't been narrowed down, particularly if it's in the network. My patience is running out.

Re: TV pixelation.
Thanks for explaining there, @Sticktoitgolf.
So is it only live TV streams that are affected here, or do you notice pixilation with some catch-up services and apps too?
Could there be any other devices on your network using additional bandwidth and interrupting the connection here as well?
