Read that Netflix included BT TV Entertainment package & if so how do you get it on BT Pro TV box

Read that Netflix is excluded NO extra charge with Entertinment package  of BT TV from November 2021 and what is Big Entertinment big or plus please, cause my bt is a doing my head in !!
