Hi. Do BT offer replacement boxes?

Having several different issues with my box intermittently such as channels losing sound when switch tv on but works once change channel, having what sounds like atmospheric broken sound until change the channel, recordings playing with a complete black screen and no sound until I restart the box then recordings play fine. Other issues too but all happening more and more frequently.

If you're under contract then report it as a fault and if the box proves faulty they will change it. If you're not under contract and not willing to be then you're on your own
