Scheduled recordings if previous programmes in series haven’t been deleted.

I have noticed that when I go into scheduled recordings to look at the latest upcoming episode of a series that we are recording, the information reverts to the first episode of the series if we haven’t deleted all previous episodes. I need to revert to the guide to see the information about the latest upcoming episode. This has happened with The Jury : Murder Trial that we are recording this week on Channel 4.

Yes it does seem when in My TV >  Schedule and select a tile for a future schedule recording and press i (nfo) button you get presented with the info for the first available recorded program in that series  with options to watch/delete/lock/search. You are not presented with info for the scheduled  episode.

It appears that this issue has been fixed now.

I spoke too soon. It hasn’t been fixed after all.

Re: Scheduled recordings if previous programmes in series haven’t been deleted.

Some strange activity within the EPG this week for the Australian version of the Jury programme on Channel 4 made it appear that the issue had been resolved. However, checking my scheduled recording for Great Coastal Railway Journeys confirms that it has not.

Good morning @Brucemeister5

Thanks for keeping us updated.

It's not great to hear this is still ongoing, please give us a call and report this to our technical care team so this can be investigated further.
