TV App with BT Box

I can't pair my phone, s23+, with my BT Box for live TV and recording. Error code GG103

Advice please. Thanks.

Going off memory . 
I think The TV Box can only connect to the 5GHz Wi-Fi band.

Is your phone using that band

GG103 just means a timeout when trying to connect to a service. Where do you see this? Is it during pairing? Or when trying to view your recordings list?
Pairing with the TV Box only requires that you're on the same network - it doesn't matter how (e.g. wired, wireless, 2.4GHz, 5GHz, etc).
