Hello,
We have switched our broadband provider today and have received an email from BT advising the broadband has stopped which is fine, but not the TV service?
I spent almost 10 mins on hold waiting to be transferred to the cancellations team by which point I then got cut off.
Can someone please cancel this for me online?
Thanks,

the forum mods have no account access and as this is a community forum your post does not go to BT. you need to phone CS 03301234150 and cancel
You literally can't have EE tv without BT/EE broadband. When you cancelled the broadband the tv also ceased.
Well that's what I thought but I haven't had an email saying the TV was cancelled (Like I did with the broadband)
Specifically

extract below
If we provide you with more than one service or item of equipment (for example, if you have more than one of TNT Sports, BT Mobile, EE TV, BT Broadband or BT Phone) you'll have a separate agreement for each one (and possibly for different items of equipment). Make sure you read each agreement carefully. Although some of the terms are the same or very similar, each agreement has important differences.
Some of our services depend on each other. For example, you can only get EE TV if you also have BT Broadband. If we or you end or suspend one service, we may need to end or suspend another. If that’s the case, we'll tell you.
Hi All,
Just an update, our TV box has now changed back to the You view logo and has no BT branding showing so I'm assuming it has been stopped now?
@pointer772001 you lose the EE and revert to Youview branding when Youview detect that your TV box is connected to an ISP other than EE or BT.
