TV EE Starter package stopped working

My Mum has an EE TV Starter package running on an old BT box. She likes to watch and record free to air channels but it's suddenly stopped showing her the free channels in the guide. She can access her recordings and use apps (iPlayer) but cannot watch or record live TV. Any ideas how to resolve please?

Sounds like an aerial issue. If you disconnect the aerial from the Youview box and plug it into the TV do you get any signal at all?

Thanks for the suggestion. We have completely rebooted and reset the box and it seems to be working again now so hopefully issue resolved.
