I wanted to set up a series record for the new show I, Jack Wright which is due to start airing in alibi on Wednesday at 9pm, but the guide has a listing for Every Single Penny instead . All the online guides say it should be Jack Wright at that time.
It would appear that Every Single Penny is actually the title of the first episode of this series. It looks as though this is where the confusion has arisen. I’m going to set a series link recording for it and see what happens. Hopefully the listing will have been corrected before the broadcast. It will also be available on demand via the NOW app.
I hadn't realised it was the episode title, thanks, I'll give recording it a go, though last time I had an error like this in the guide it recorded one episode ok, but then I had to reset the series record for the second ep
You were quite right to highlight it. It is still definitely an error. I checked the Sky listing for it and found that it was the title of the first episode. Someone needs to correct this on the EPG.
I still prefer to record too. At least we can still FF through the ads on that channel. I find the PQ on the linear channel to be superior to that of the on demand via the NOW app.
Next Wednesday's episode seems to be listed wrong too, under the episode name Fight Like Hell, though the series link seems to have caught it, so hopefully the recordings work.
It will be interesting to see how the box stores the individual episode recordings under different titles if the situation isn’t corrected with the proper series title.
