TV over broadband

Hi all,

I have am awaiting my order of BTTV and after speaking with several advisors when ordering they are adamant that I will be able to watch Freeview over wifi and will not need a aerial as this is something that have recently introduced - does anyone else have knowledge of this?

Thanks.

Re: TV over broadband

The main Freeview Channels require the aerial, as far as I understand.

You can watch BBC channels in real time via Iplayer without an aerial.

ITV and C4 don't offer this

@Anonymous

There is supposedly in development and coming in the foreseeable future but no BT employee should be mentioning it as there's no firm date for this feature and there's been no official commitment to providing it as far as I know.

It's very much a "watch this space" topic.
