Tribute to Darren

@DarrenDev

Tomorrow is Darren's last day and I for one regret that this will be his final hurrah .

He has helped so many folks on here, replied promptly with knowledge and authority.

Were it not for him, we at home would not have moved forward transferring from FTTC to FTTP. In fact as a farewell tribute, Openreach turned up and began the install today. Just a shame they ran out of time before tomorrow.

We wish you well, Darren.

Re: Tribute to Darren

Here here, he's helped lots of us so much and it's not even part of his job role.

All the best to him.

Re: Tribute to Darren

Had absolutely no idea and wow, what a loss for BT/EE. He's always gone out of his way to help folks, explain why something was the way it was/is and is just generally a decent bloke whose loss to a company like BT/EE will be felt biblically.

@DarrenDevi wish you nothing but success in your future endeavours, a wealth of happiness and peace and please, on behalf of every single person you've ever helped, irrespective of how little or much - Thank you!

Re: Tribute to Darren

Couldn't work out how to add to Ratings (Darren would have explained!) so I'll just wish him well for the Future and especially thank him for his patience with people,like myself,who were obviously floundering at different times and he was always a great help.

Re: Tribute to Darren

Many thanks for your kind comments.
I've loved being able to help out here, and enjoyed many of the discussions (sometimes heated).
I had tried to get permission to continue my work after I leave BT, however it proved too difficult to get the required system access sorted before I left - I should have started at least a month ago.

That's me now signing out of my BT laptop for the final time. I'll still have access to the forums, but my contributions will be limited to providing input - I won't be able to actually fix things anymore.
