Unable to set some recordings on T4000 BT Box

I am trying to setup recordings for the coming weekends 6 Nations matches in HD. The England v Ireland game on Saturday has set OK but the other two games won’t set and give the message that this is not possible try again later. This has been the same since Sunday. I can set the recordings for SD. Is anyone else having this issue please? Is it a Youview or a BT Box issue?

Any information would be appreciated.

@cooperman  You sure it's a T4000 or a pro box ? There is a software update for your issue if it's the pro I'm not aware of this issue with the humax T4000

Yes it’s definitely a T4000 and not the Pro box.

@cooperman Ok try removing the aerial then retune once complete reinsert the aerial retune again then try setting the recordings

Are you using the app or the box to set the recordings?

This certainly something I've seen quite regularly with the app in the past.

Hi guys, thanks for your input. I don’t use the app. I checked again this morning and without doing anything else it seems to have rectified itself. Maybe it was just a Youview Crid issue. Thanks again for your suggestions.
