I can watch Alibi channels, but comes up with the IPC6041 error when I record and try to watch. I have followed the steps, but no joy. The only thing not tried is a factory reset, as I do not wish to lose all the current recordings on the device. I know you should be able to reset without losing recordings, but did this before, and it wiped the hard drive clean.
BT come up with a final resolution to the issue? I have the RTIW387 TV device.
