when accessing my bt page I get Sorry, we can’t get your account details at the moment.

Over a week ago I amended my contract removed Broadband but kept Sports etc . Now when I logon to my BT to access bills etc I get Sorry, we can’t get your account details at the moment. It does not show my account number in top right either.  Is this usual after changing subscription to BT services

Yes, that normally happens after a contract change and whilst the order remains open, normal service should be resumed when the order is closed.
