3 years of emails vanished?

Hi, out of the blue I have lost 3 years of emails. Any ideas? They have disappeared from Webmail, accessed from my phone or laptop but I can still see recent ones on my phone app (samsung galaxy s10e uses IMAP server).

I just received one from 2019 on my laptop 😐 but no recent ones from this evening.

Hi - did you get any resolution with this?

I have just lost over 3 years of emails - I have a gap from 22/2/2020 through to last week!! 

It looks as though they've been deleted and then the deleted folder only had the last weeks worth in it... No idea what happened though. I hadn't been using my emails for a few days as my daughter got married so can't be sure exactly when it happened other than after Friday morning and before Sunday afternoon...

Help...

Hi, Mine turned out to be issues BT were having and they all floated back in over the next few days. Sorry about yours... i hope you manage to retrieve them!
