Hello,
I'm expecting a very important email from an external sender and I have discovered you are blocking there mail provider.
When they attempt to send me an email they get this bounceback:
host smtpb1.bt.com[213.121.32.94] said: 550 5.7.107 External client with IP address 173.203.187.109 does not have permissions to submit to this server. (in reply to MAIL FROM command)
host smtpb1.bt.com[213.121.32.100] said: 550 5.7.107 External client with IP address 108.166.43.77 does not have permissions to submit to this server. (in reply to MAIL FROM command)
How can I reslove this issue, why don't they have permission, are BT using an overzealous 3rd party spam filter (wouldn't be the first time)!

Hi, welcome to the forums.
Check the IP addresses here for blacklist status :-

Of course, this doesn't mean that BT are using all of those systems.
Do you have a non BTinternet email address they can send to? (Are you a business customer?)
