Work from home Have BT infinity on Res line but Talk Talk and similar internet on my business line.
My emails BT account and connected to BT are fine. HOWEVER this morning my wife's email address (same account as mine) is suddenly producing 550 bounces BUT ONLY WHEN CONNECTED TO BT. If she uses the TalkTalk line WiFi everything is fine.
Not sure how to fix this?
I should add this Is Pop3 on Outlook.

If it works OK on the TT line try turning off your BT hub for 15/30mins and when you turn it back on you should have a new IP address and connected to a different BTMail server which may clear the error.
Of course. I had assumed that because the internet was working well I never tried that. Ironically I had shut the repeater down that had the Lounge WiFi on. Many Thanks.
