All of a sudden I am getting the message "550 spam, or phishing or malware. Please check or edit your message and try sending it again. (6-1-3-2) ID (5ED9C50600D3E774)" when using one of my sub accounts. All other accounts work OK and this account works OK on WebMail? Any suggestions of how to rectify?

Are you a BT Broadband customer or paying for your email through a BT Premium Email account?

If you are, was the email account initially set up in your present BT Broadband account?

What email system is the account on, is it BTYahoo or BTMail. If you are not sure log onto your email account on webmail and look at the BT logo. If you see Yahoo it means you are on the BTYahoo system.

Can you also verify which system your other email accounts are on.
