For some time now whenever I try to include a hyperlink (such as to my linktree page) in an email in Outlook I get the following message and the email fails to send.
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: test
Sent: 27/01/2022 15:43
The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:
xyz@abc.com on 27/01/2022 15:43
550 spam, or phishing or malware. Please check or edit your message and try sending it again. (6-1-3-2) ID (6139452E12E7C0D0)
Removing the hyperlink lets the email send.
Has anyone come across this?
TIA
Paul
Please edit out the email address as well as being against forum rules, the address will be inundated with spam.
@MSBPress Thanks for your post, I'm sorry to see you're getting an error 550. Does it send if you attach the link in BT webmail at www.bt.com/email
Thanks
Neil
@MSBPress We can raise this with our email team to investigate, I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch.
Thanks
Neil
