Still no joy using ver 2.19.1 & can not send even the basic email & having to switch to Gmail. Anyone any idea why this has just got worse over the last few days?
As an aside to your problem, you should blank out your email address in the screen shot. This is a public forum and you could end up getting a load of spam or unsolicited mail.
Tried again today & looks like it is here to stay & now email unusable.
Hopefully cropped anything that is against posting rules for forum & if anyone has any ideas as to why this has got sooo bad I would appreciate it. (Running Windows 10 with latest Chrome & Edge)
Well if it won't work with Chrome etc then one answer is to set-up via outlook as an account & get it to work through that. Checked it & seems to work at the mo.
Tried phoning BT & keep getting put on hold. Thinking it is something to do with updated security protocol + using VPN & the easy access via chrome etc appears to be no longer available to me, on the send side of things anyway.
Any experts any thoughts as to why this has now become unusable via Chrome?
Perhaps if you had mentioned you were using a VPN in the first place.............
