554 Message rejected for policy reasons

Emails from one of my Gmail accounts are not getting delivered to recipients with BT email addresses.

Receiving delivery failure notifications as below:

"The response from the remote server was:

554 Message rejected for policy reasons (2.1.2.3) on 2022/12/28 12:52:40 GMT"

 

I do not send bulk emails with multiple addressees and I am able to contact my clients from a different Gmail address on the same server.

From other posts on this topic (@NeilO ) it seems likely that my Gmail address has somehow ended up on a BT spam filter database. 

The solution via Postmaster is apparently not working. Appreciate suggestions on how to expedite a fix for this.

You will need to contact the BT Postmaster with your problem and they should be able to help. The email address is in the linked page.

Going by previous posts this can take some time for the Postmaster to reply to you.

Thanks @gg30340 . I sent an email to BT postmaster but there has been no response at all. Any suggestions on how to expedite gratefully received.
