Hello, I have read all the posts about this issue but couldn't find any answer. I tried to email to moderators on this site but couldn't find how to contact them.
Basically, I am a sky customer but I have been having this problem of redirecting to this page for over a week and sky helpdesk or their engineers couldn't solve this issue. I am really struggling with not having any internet. Please if any mods could help me. This problem happened 1 day after their engineer came and renewed and reconnect our external faults.
Why are you posting on a BT retail forum if you are a Sky customer, the mods here will be unable to help you.
The reason you are seeing the landing page is because you are connecting to a BT BRAS but don't have a BT account. You will need to report the fault to Sky and get them to sort it out. Your line has probably been misconnected somewhere.
