I have BT connect email
Today received an email from BT advising my mailbox is full and I need to clear it.
My client mailbox is kept low (Thunderbird) so assume this means the BT server side, I recall a couple of years ago I had to login via a web mail i/f and empty sent & trash.
Is there a URL I can use.
I cannot access via 'My Bt' as that links to a different account

I am a retail customer .... I don't have BT business account anymore - that ceased about 6 years ago. I dod still use the BT email addresses as do my family.
We have had the 'btconnect.com' email addresses for over 20 years.
You will still need to ask on the BT Business forum, as nobody on this forum will be able to help. I seem to remember reading on that forum, that BT Connect addresses have to be associated with a BT Business account.

I had BT business ISDN when accounts set upon then BB ..... and that lasted until about 7 years ago when I moved to personal BT account.
