Accessing Links in e-mails

Hi, I cannot seem to access the links in e-mails using the BT Mail App on Android but nothing happens. I thought at first that it might be a security issue, but cannot see/find any settings or preferences which might help.

If I use outlook for my e-mails all the links work.

Any thoughts?

Ditch the BT mail app and use a proper app, Blue Mail

Great option. Now got BT and GMail in same app with full functionality. BT Mail really needs to up it's game
