Accessing old email

Hi there

I no longer have access to an email account that ends in BTconnect.com which is an old email.

I now have btinternet.com

For years i had been using that email to sign up to websites and games etc. My dad like a few years ago said that were swapping to btinternet and we will lose access to btconnect which is fine. However fast forward to today and im trying to get my email changed on a game i play and they wont let me unless i show proof that i tried to access my old email.

Can someone help me by responding that its not possible to access that email.

Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail phone and broadband customers.

btconnect.com is a BT Business email service so unless you still have an active BT Business account or paid for web service, the address would have been deleted.
