Thanks.

My end dates are:

Main email address: 22/07/15

Secondary address: 28/07/15

And the warning is still there, hopefully this means they are fixing it by date -  earliest first.

 

P.S I know that BT are fixing the messages ( and that there is supposedly no problem, just incorrect messages) but I think if we keep each other informed it offers some reassurance.)

Hi there.

The "suspension" flag has disappeared. The URL page, is clean as a bell.
Should I celebrate, as déjà-vu is the sharpest of tools.

The message has gone from the email address "'due to end" tomorrow, but is still there for the secondary address that has a later "suspension" date; I take this to mean that they are being fixed in date order, or that the message just drops off the day before the supposed suspension date.

Ref my message below, with my email accounts due to be suspended on 19th July 2015, I can now confirm that the warnings dissappeared on 20th July and that all the accounts are working fine as of today, 22nd July 2015. 

 

Thanks to all and I hope this reassures some of you who still have this warning message.

I'm new to this forum - joining due to having received a suspension notice for my account with effect from 25 August 2015. Unfortunately the message to another account came on 6 October... True, I don't use the account often, but I don't expect it to be suspended after a few months' inactivity. Clearly it's a wider problem and sounds like many here are sorted - however this still seems to be an ongoing problem for BT though I don't see any recent posts. Anyone else still encountering email account suspension? Calling BT doesn't seem to get any useful immediate response.
