Account Suspension message - Advice

Hi Everyone,

 

It has come to light that a small number of customers are receiving a warning notification from BT that their email address will be suspended on a specific date because the email address is not being used.  The issue is that customers reporting this message are using their email address and this message should not be presented.

 

I would just like to confirm that this is a known issue and we are working on it.  If you have received an account suspension notice and are actively using the email address that the message refers to, please ignore it, this email address will not be deleted.

 

We hope to resolve this shortly and we will update this thread Account Suspension message: Déjà vu ? when we have further news to share.
