Adding email address to mobile problem

I am trying to add an email address to Samsung email app on galaxy s10.

I am using same settings for my other registered bt addresses - which I also confirmed on bt website.

I keep getting message saying 'the username or password is incorrect or POP3/IMAP isn't turned on for this a/c.

I have been looking everywhere for a solution, including bt website and Samsung site to no avail.

Can someone please advise?
