This has happened once before a few years back and I had no joy from BT
I haven’t moved them anywhere. They’re we’re all present and correct the night before and now this morning vanished.
How is this happening with no trace and why has BT no answer for it?
Make sure that the "Conversation" View is not active. To do that log onto your BTMail account and click on "View" in the menu bar at the right hand side. Scroll down and Single click "conversation view" to toggle it on or off.
