An error occurred when getting the email folder list. Please try again later
I've been having a problem with a Premium Email account whereas I can login fine, can see contacts etc, but whenever I access the mail tab, I dont see any folders or emails, just the above error (with 'an unknown error occured' before this). I've tried numerous web browsers, phones and email clients to try and find a solutions, but all fail with the same error.
I contacted support via the online chat yesterday who couldn't fix it in the usual ways (change view being the main one). I was told that the issue was escalated last night and would take 5 - 6 hours to fix. It hasn't been fixed yet almost 24 hours later. It looks as though the mail has been corrupted somehow, so was wondering if anyone had experienced this and had any ideas on what to do to fix this?
