Just wondering if anybody else is experiencing the same nightmare I am with the lack of support I am receiving from the so called BT customer care team?
I have an ongoing issue with not being able to create sub-accounts which was reported to BT on the 9th May. Having being given numerous assurances of promises to fix and call backs to update me, nothing is progressing.
As this issue has been ongoing for the best part of 2 months, can anybody out there PLEASE suggest what I can do as BT seem either unable or unwilling to assist.
My advice would be to not even consider creating sub accounts, create a free address with Gmail. With btinternet addresses you are either tied to BT as an ISP or will have to pay premium mail charges if you change ISP and wish to continue using the addresses.
