Attachments, in PDF format, from my partner's BTMail account, are being converted to EML format.
And are unreadable. I do not want to use MS Outlook etc.
I cannot see why!
Ideas please.

Does this happen with all PDF attachments from all your email contacts or just from one contact's emails?
The person forwarding the email with the PDF on should click the small arrow next to "Forward" and ensure its set to "In Line" rather than "Attachment". If its set to "Attachment", it will attach an EML file of the original email.
