Re: Attachments

What type of attachments are you sending ie a document, pdf or photo?

What is happening when your recipients try to open the attachment. Are they downloading the attachment or trying to open it directly from the email?

Re: Attachments

All types of attachments wont open - PDF, JPEG, Word. an error message comes up saying: the file does not have an app associated with it for performing this action. Please install an App etc Recipients are trying to download them. the attachments are shown as part 1 Part 2 part 3 etc rather than the names i have given to them. Several people have had the same problem in trying to receive attachments from me.

Re: Attachments

I'm having the same problem and would love to know what's going on. Never had a problem before the BT Mail changes.

Re: Attachments

There were/are problems when dealing with attachments. The moderators were made aware of it and were passing the information back to the email team.

As yet I have not had any update but I will ask again regarding this problem.

Re: Attachments

Thank you. I think it is now working correctly. Sent a JPEG to someone last night and they could open it.
