Hi
If I cancel my BT Broadband what actually happens to my email addresses if I downgrade to BT Basic email?
I use three BT email addresses but the explanation for Basic email is ambiguous.
It states “Just one BT email address” but the goes on to say “You won’t be able to create new ones, but any you already have will still work”.
Am I correct in assuming that my existing emails will still work with access via bt.com?

Your email address is "downgraded" to BTMail basic.
This only allows the email account to be used on a browser, not via email clients/app and it will have BT adverts showing.
You can access it via your MyBT or via the BTMail log on page
All your present email addresses will be downgraded as well and continue to work but you will not be able to create any new email addresses hence the poorly worded "Just one email address".
