BT Connect email and Microsoft

Go to solution

Hello, I have 2 laptops and a phone which used to work with bt connect email through the web browser, unfortunately I cant access it now on one of the laptops, the laptop windows logon is with a microsoft account which is the same address as my bt connect account and when i attempt to login to the email now it opens an account with just 1 welcome email in the inbox and doesn't show my many other emails, the emails appear ok on the phone and other laptop though, I noticed that when logged on on my 2nd laptop that the address is outlook.office.com/mail but on the laptop which i am having this issue with it goes to a live web address, i have tried creating a new local windows user and attempting to log on again with no luck, a curious thing though is that during the logon process I can ask it to send me a code to logon which appears in the inbox of the laptop which works but not this empty inbox which it then allows me to log in to, hopefully someone may have experienced this issue themselves and can help me out, thanks.
