I use THREE different platforms to access my
@btinternet.com emails in this order.
Firstly - BT Email App
Next - BT Email on the Apple Platform
Lastly - BT.Com/Mail (WEBMAIL)
All three platforms do not appear to synchronise with each other and all have different characteristics and show different variations of information.
Does anyone else in the Community have the same issues ?
And if so is there any way to resolve them ?

You most likely will have set up your BTMail app including the Apple one, up as POP3 accounts which do not synch with the BTMail servers which is what you see using webmail.
You would need to set them up as IMAP accounts to synch with the BTMail servers and each other.
