Having problems with Email App . Keeps coming up token expired and I have to sign back in again.
I spoke to BT who have had a lot of complaints they said . However that’s as far as took on the matter. Saying it’s new so that must be the problem.

You do not need to use the BT email app. It is full of problems.
I would suggest that you use a properly tried and tested email app such as the one that came with your device or one of the many email app that are available such as Blue Mail or Aquamail.
