BT Email App is not working.
It keeps stating that I need to turn on the Wi-Fi or Mobile network.
Both of these are on but still keep getting the same message.
doe s anyone know how to sort this?

Uninstall it and use a decent mail app instead, Blue Mail.

Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling to see if the app works for you?
Can you access other apps?
