Hi Guys,
I've been logged out of the BT Email app on my iphone 14 and can't log back in, it keeps saying I've entered incorrect details.
I know I haven't because I can log in on the laptop.
I've deleted the app on my phone and reinstalled but no luck.
I can get into my email though My BT but it's a real pain and very basic.
Any ideals gratefully received.

Try a different app.
Sorry to sound thick but what do you mean? I have other emails with different providers set up, Gmail & Outlook with no problems.
I’ve changed my main email to BT do want to be able to use the app.
To be honest, the BT mail app is not the best. There are many superior apps including the built in iPhone mail app. Personally, I use Blue Mail on my Android phone.
Are you presently a BT Broadband customer or paying for your email through a BT Premium email account?
Hi @wendyallen are you able to log into your email on the BT email website with the same details?
