BT Email account storage

Why does my BT Email account only store Inbox messages for 2 months nowadays ?

Nothing has been changed and your email should be kept in your Inbox until you decide to move them.

I would however caution using the Inbox as a storage folder because as you have found out, it is not unknow for emails to "go missing" from there for some unfathomable reason.

I know that you have said that  "Conversation" View is not active but can you double check and only single click "conversation view" to toggle it on or off.

When you toggle it on or off you will see the name "Conversation View" change colour from grey to blue when it is turned on.
