My wife seems to have lost a lot of her emails from the past years within Outlook and now the synchronisation process is constant for days (I imagine that BT Mail online is trying to synchronise all of the missing emails from years gone by as of course, her emails are all stored there). Does this mean that there has been some corruption at the Outlook end? How do we solve the problem of constant synchronisation? She is just about able to send and receive emails via Outlook but it's far from acceptable. Any help, much appreciated. Thank you.
