BT Email

When someone sends me an email, I receive it ok, but the sender gets a message saying: Sorry, your message cannot be delivered. The mailbox you are trying to send to is currently unavailable or disabled, or your email has been rejected for policy reasons

Hi @hp2022 welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Is this happening to every person who sends you an email?

As the emails are getting through to your inbox have you checked the email settings to make sure an auto-reply message has not been set up?
