Are you able to access it ok now?
If you are still experiencing a problem logging in please can you provide some information on how you are trying to access your email ie webmail, app or client and the community will be happy to help you further?
Turns out that my email account had been compromised - changed password and this solved the problem. Unfortunately within a couple of hours the same thing happened again. Reset password again and now live in hope. Still don't know the details of the attack though.
Probably wasn't an attack, could have been somebody mistakenly entering your email address with their correct password which would have caused the lockout.
Many thanks for the reply. You're probably right. I would just be good to know exactly what the problem was as it happened twice.
