Hello - can someone please advise. I have been using the BT Mail app quite successfully for mail over the last couple of years but suddenly it has stopped working on wifi when using my andriod phone. I have not changed any settings. When connected to mobile data I am able to sync data but when I turn on wifi the BT app stops syncing and refreshing. I tried to delete the app and download using wifi and when I try to log in it comes up with 'Unable to log in. No network available' - if I turn wifi off then it allows me to log in! My BT app on a iphone is currently working and also when using the login via a laptop - all connecting to the same home wifi. Any suggestions? This started first occuring when I went to the US for vacation. Thanks Tim
Have you tried turning your phone off and on?
